You can ask us to permanently delete your PocketPins account at any time. Enter the email address linked to your account below and submit the form — we'll verify the request and remove your data.
What gets deleted
- your account and login details
- every link, pin and post you've saved
- your collections, tags and notes
- metadata PocketPins generated from your saved content; and
- your usage and analytics history tied to your account
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 72 hours. Some information may persist briefly in encrypted backups or system logs before it ages out through our normal retention cycle, as described in our Privacy Policy.
This cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your saved content cannot be recovered.
