1. What PocketPins Does

You retain ownership of any content or information that you submit directly to PocketPins.
You give us permission to process, store and display that content only as necessary to operate, improve and provide the Service to you.
5. Our Intellectual Property
PocketPins, including its software, design, branding, interface, technology and original content, belongs to buntikki Technologies Private Limited or its licensors.

Your continued use of PocketPins after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
